Il Bistro is a renowned restaurant in the heart of Brighton. They required a refresh to their brand identity, which was feeling dated and not in keeping with their reputation as a modern, mediterranean bistro. I kept the essence of their old logo, while simplifying the design and giving a nod to their long history since '76. I introduced a colour Palette of terracotta, sage, and an accent of citrus to give a more mediterranean feel.
